Valentine Chocolate and a TUSAL Report

I am so blessed.  I’ve been married to my Valentine for 35 years.  He’s the love of my life!  This morning these chocolates were wrapped in a shawl sitting in my stitching chair.  And yes, there is a piece missing.  I popped a chocolate cordial in my mouth before the thought of a pic for the blog popped in my head.  They’re yummy!!

Today is also the new moon and time to report on the Totally Useless Stitch Along.  “Hartley B. Mine” is helping me share my TUSAL jar.

Inside my little ort jar you will find …

… lots of white threads and bits of red, blue and green from the Christmas Patchwork.

… more white and blue from the Chubby Cheeks Snowman.

… grays, browns and dark greens from Garden Welcome.

… green, purple and gold threads on top from the March Shamrock that I started two days ago.  (More information about that later.)

… some sparkly white yarn from Mr. Snow Ornament

… scraps from the Heartland Lace and Simple Shawls

… cotton from two dishcloths hiding in the back of the jar.

I hope you’re enjoying your weekend and the Olympics!  I haven’t picked up the Cauchy socks yet for the UFOlympics … too busy stitching.  They say more snow is on the way.  Stay warm friends!
