As promised, another project finished — well, the stitching is finished at least.
Another enjoyable project. I received the pattern and Sampler Threads for this project from YoYo in the drawing at the end of last year’s TUSAL. It’s stitched on 28 ct Jobelan (Wichelt) in lambswool. The chart suggests one thread for all the stitches but the letters just didn’t stand out to suit me. So I stitched all the colors with one thread and the letters and border with two. Stitched over two threads, the finished size is almost 5″ square. I just love these colors, the design and the size. Once it’s framed, I’ll share a better picture.
Today is hot and muggy … again. June’s weather has not been typical at all. I hope the weather is a bit more pleasing where you are.
I appreciate your visits to my little blog and the lovely comments. Thank You!!
