One more of these and I’ll have each month either finished or started. 🙂 The button is supposed to be a beach ball, but I’m thinking I’ll need to change the colors. And the size is questionable too.

I love the script lettering and am just tickled with the plum and green colors.

I’m doing this design over 1 on 28ct so that it will be a smaller size when finished. Didn’t really like the look of a full cross stitch so I frogged (ack) and started over with a half-stitch. This looks much better to me and was enjoyable to stitch. But so small that I had to quit yesterday before my eyes crossed permanently.
Today (#12) I’m working on Christmas Robin from JCS 2010 Christmas Ornaments.

We’ve been out of school all week because of snow and that’s really been helpful in terms of stitching and knitting time. I’ve started another Mystery 220 knit – different from the one I shared here. I didn’t frog the first one, but after a little ‘pondering’ I decided that the floaters were a bit too tight. So I started another with different yarn to see if I could do better. The answer: Yes! I’ve finished clue 1 and moving on through clue 2 tonight to catch up.
We heard from T today that he’s back in Athens, but it seems his bags didn’t make the whole trip with him. Hopefully, they’ll catch up in the next day or two.
Today is really windy and that’s caused snow drifts on cleared roads. Not sure what tomorrow will bring. Regardless, I’ll be stitching and knitting. And doing a little straightening in the craft room ’cause it’s gotten a little out of hand in there!
Thank you so much for visiting me today! I appreciate every visit and comment.
