FO Friday ~ Dragonfly Socks

Happy Friday to You!  It’s a lovely, mild morning here.  Overcast with rain in the forecast, we’re hoping it holds off until the new mattresses are delivered today.  Fingers crossed.

Pattern  ::  Dragonfly Socks by Jocelyn Sertich
Yarn  ::  Gerschubie Fiber Arts Superwash Merino/Nylon Sock 75/25, Nell colorway
Needle  ::  US 1.5 (2.5 mm)

My Dragonfly socks were finished  in late June during the World Cup.  The sock pattern is a free Ravelry download, easily memorized and very enjoyable in this soft and squishy yarn.  I found this yarn at the Fiber Festival in May, love-at-first-sight, and it did not disappoint.

It’s doubtful that I’ll make the 5K Stash Dash goal but participating has certainly been good motivation this summer.

The sun’s out and Stage 13 of the Tour de France is underway.  Time to start plying my Downton singles.

Enjoy your weekend!
